Terri Steenblock joined the Federation of Tax Administrators in 2018 and currently serves as Director of Tax and Revenue Administration. Terri coordinates the activities of FTA’s electronic and paper return filing, payment processing, fraud protection and prevention, and general tax type management. She works with the IRS, other federal agencies, and key organizations in support of national programs.
Prior to joining FTA, Terri was with the Minnesota Department of Revenue for 16 years serving as collections division director, acting deputy commissioner, and most recently as assistant commissioner.
Terri holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and a master’s degree in organizational communications. She enjoys camping and currently lives in the Twin Cities with her husband, Jason.
