ASC X12/TIGERS Interim Meeting

The next Interim ASC X12/TIGERS meeting will be held December 8-12, 2008 in Tucson, Arizona at the Marriott Tucson University Park, 880 E. 2nd Street, Tucson, Arizona 85719. See the agenda below for information on the schedule and the programs to be discussed. Please register with FTA and reserve a hotel room no later than November 14, 2008. (If you are able to reserve a room as early as October 14, it will assist FTA greatly in planning.)

Cost
The TIGERS meeting registration fee is $145 (no partial registrations please).

FTA Registration
Register and pay On-Line with FTA for this TIGERS meeting . You may also download the form and fax your information to FTA at 202-624-7888. Please register with FTA by Friday November 14, 2008.

Hotel Registration
You may call 1-520-792-4100 and ask for in-house reservations, using “Federation of Tax Administrators TIGERS Program”. The Group code is "ftaftaa". Ask for the group (per diem) rate of $106/night + tax. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.05% + $1.00 city surcharge) in effect at the time of check in. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, check-out at 12:00 pm. The negotiated rate will be honored 3 days before and after the meeting, based on availability. Or you may use this link to reserve a room online.

Local Transportation

Taxi fare from the airport is (est.) $30 USD one way. There is an-site parking fee of $11 USD daily; the valet parking fee is $15 USD daily. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.

The hotel has guest room and public area wireless Internet service available for $9.95 daily. A continental breakfast and meeting breaks each day will be provided by FTA for the meeting attendees.
